Azurmane is a very fun pal to use for mounted combat. The cooldown on the partner skill dash becomes less than 1 second at 4-stars, allowing for dodging and repositioning for heavy close range damage.
The saddle is unlocked late at Lv 56. The dash skill negates movespeed passives and you can have a fast mount with pure attack passives.
Azurmane learns All Range Thunder and Thunder Rail as well as the exclusive attack Bolt Blink, but it is often best to run Lightning Streak, Hydro Slicer and Thunderstorm or the close range build Rockburst, Air Blade and Flame Funnel/All Range Thunder.

An alternative Lv 4 electricity pal. Requires a lot of gathering books to be worth it over Orserk or Helzephyr Lux.
