Bellanoir Libero has the highest attack stat in the game and one of the strongest exclusive attacks. No access to legend and most bosses resisting dark and using Beam Slicer or Meteorain hurts Bellanoir Libero, but it is still one of the strongest Party Pals.
The partner skill increases the damage from Nightmare Bloom both when the player activates it and when Bellanoir Libero uses it by itself.
A pure glass cannon that makes good use of the dark whisp skill fruit or rotating between 2-3 Liberos and using Nightmare Bloom only.
Offers nothing as a base pal.
