It has a decent stat pool to use Holy Burst and Air Blade, but the exclusive skill misses a lot and the lv 58 saddles healing effect is very low, even at 4-stars.
Celesdir is still a strong pal, it just falls behind other pals like Paladius and Selyne as a late game neutral mount.

Celesdir is the only natural Lv 4 Lumbering pal.
