Elements
Super Effective: Pals deal 50% more damage when super effective, not x2.

Critical Hits (Headshots): Deal 50% Bonus Damage. This applies to player weapons, but scales multiplicatively with super effectiveness from partner skills and bonuses from aggregates.

Combat Tips & Tricks
Reload & Withdraw: You can start to reload, withdraw a pal, finish reload. You can’t send out a pal while reloading. Use this to save pals while maintaining weapon dps.
Reload Animation Cancel: When reloading a weapon, quickly swap weapon and back again when the ammo count jumps from 0. This almost doubles the dps of the Rocket Launcher and is also useful for other slow reloading weapons.
Dodge Invulnerability: The roll gives a few frames of invincibility. If you know you are to late to dodge in time, you can still avoid damage with a perfect timed roll.
Diminishing Returns: Each time an aggregate procs on an enemy the chance of it happening again gets lower. You can also use this to let yourself get burned/frozen early in a boss fight when you still have shields. This lowers the risk of it happening at a bad time later on.
