The only Ice Booster currently, Foxcicle fills that slot if you want to max out a Bastigor or another fighting Ice Pal.
The stats are not worthless, Foxcicle can hold its own as a fighting ice pal but lacks a strong exclusive skill to really make the Siren of the Void + Lunker Build worth it.

Does not have great work skills, but it hardly matters for cooling pals. Pick your favorite idle animation and give it Nocturnal.
