Frostplume is an early game alternative to Icelyn. It is similar to Vanwyrm and Robinquill where it increases player dps to all pals instead of 1 specific element. The downside is that Frostplumes dps increase is very minor.
It still has decent early game stats and Ice is a good element while leveling and the reload speed increase feels very good to use.

Icelyn is available at the same time and offers more as a base pal.
