How to Get Jormuntide Ignis at Level 7 – Works While AFK.

Jormuntide Ignis can be hatched from Huge Dragon Eggs found scattered around the islands. The lowest level you can acquire a Jormuntide Ignis is level 7, as that is the level you can unlock the Egg Incubator.

The Egg Incubator requires Ancient Technology Points to unlock and two Ancient Civilization Parts to craft. You will need to kill a boss/bosses at level 7 or earlier.

Once the preparation is done and you have unlocked the Egg Incubator you can choose to either AFK and let pals grab eggs for you or go out and look for eggs yourself.

Preparation:

  1. Catch 4x Lamball and farm some until you have 10 cloth.
  2. Stack up on some berries, there are plenty at the spawn.
  3. Catch 4x Foxspark.
  4. Discover the Small Settlement travel point.
  5. Catch 4x Fuack, 1x Lifmunk.
  6. Travel to Mammorest and hit it, die.
  7. Respawn at Sea Breeze Archipelago, travel back to base.
  8. Dismantle the Palbox, grab what you can carry and travel back to
    the Small Settlement.
  9. Rebuild the Palbox close to Incineram.
  10. Use Fuack to fight and catch Incineram. At night there are two Syndicate Thugs that will attack you with pals. One of these will be Incineram.
  11. Travel to Sea Breeze Archipelago.
  12. Defeat Gumoss twice or Sweepa once (or Chillet once).
  13. Run to Mount Obsidian and build a base.
  14. Go AFK or start farming eggs.

There are three level 11 bosses, Gumoss, Chillet and Sweepa. All are weak to fire so use Foxspark and Incineram.
Ancient Civilization Parts Drop Rate:

Gumoss 1x
Chillet 2-4x
Sweepa 6-8x

Gumoss is easiest but will need to be killed twice.

AFK Method:

Any egg on this island can be a Huge Dragon Egg when it respawns. If you stay along the beach you will not get Hot and take damage.

  1. Place down the Palbox with an egg spawn within the radius.
  2. Build a chest and add one transporter to the base. Ensure the pal can reach the egg.
  3. The transporter will now start hauling eggs into the chest as they respawn.
  4. Add the Lifmunk, a Fuack and a Foxspark to the base.
  5. Build a Berry Plantation and Feed Box.
  6. Build the Egg Incubator.
  7. Go AFK until there is a Huge Dragon Egg in one of the chests.

Farming Method:

  1. Do steps 1-6 of the AFK Method.
  2. Don’t go AFK.
  3. Start following the beach around the Island until you find a Huge Dragon Egg. The two marked routes are good because there are many egg spawns and you do not get overheated. The east side is much closer to the starting point. The north side is fine and also pretty close to a respawn point but there are less egg spawns.

Egg Respawn Mechanics and Results:

From testing on default settings eggs respawn every 3 hours and each spawn has a chance to be Huge Dragon Egg. If you set Night/Day to 5 in server settings the Eggs will Respawn in 36 minutes.

Eggs that I did not pick up remained the same so I had to gather them for a new chance of a Huge Dragon Egg.

If you Incubate other eggs as well as the Huge Dragon egg you will end up with a very powerful Level 7 team and lots of breeding options.
