Polapup is similar to Munchill but available much later. Decent stats and can make great use of Lunker if given some good skill fruits.
The saddle is not great as Polapup is a very slow pal.
Being water/ice is a great combo and can make good use of strong skills, while Polapup has a small hitbox and is quite bulky. It can work as a raid pal with some investment.

Polapup is available much later than other watering/cooling options.
