Quivern can boost Dragon when mounted, hitting hard with Beam Slicer and Blast Cannon.
It does lack a secondary element, making it lose out on buffs from boosters since there is not for pure dragon pals. Blazamut Ryu can work that same build a bit better.
Also has a huge hitbox.

Decent reach as a base pal if you give it some work books.
