Sibelyx has a couple of things that makes it stand out despite its mid looking stats.
Like all other attacking partner skills the Blizzard Spike gets x2.5 Damage bonus at 4-stars, even when used normally by Sibelyx itself.
This makes stacking Ice boosts on a Sibelyx a viable counter-dragon boss strategy, where Sibelyx starts the fight with 2 boosted Blizzard Spikes followed by Double Blizzard Spike, Icicle Line or Absolute Frost.
A 4-star Sibelyx with Lunker and some Ice Whistles is a great option against Jetragon and other dragon bosses.
In the mid game without all the investment Sibelyx is lacking in stats and attacks to carry well.
You can then toss that Sibelyx in the Ranch with some Pal Surgery for work speed when you need High Quality Cloth.
