Pve Overview.
Turtacle can be a decent early to late game carry if you fish one up with lunker. Hydro Slicer, Wall Splash and Hydro Laser all deal a lot of damage and you can mix in some lightning streak or Thunderstorm skill fruits.
In the end it is a much weaker Turtacle Terra.
Decent early game base pal if you catch it before level 10.
